Orchard Ridge Estates is a moderate sized mobile home community of 50 home sites. It is about 10 blocks south and east from the historic Noble Country Courthouse at the center of Albion, IN. The community is located conveniently off of East South Street and East Seneca Street. Orchard Ridge has 14 vacant lots for those desiring to move their own mobile home in. It has 29 mobile homes owned by the park, which are rented to residents on a monthly basis. The remainder of the homes in the community are owned by their residents.
