Orchard Ridge Estates is a moderate sized mobile home community of 48 home sites. It is 1 mile east and south of the historic Noble Country Courthouse at the center of Albion, IN. The community is located conveniently off of 7th Street but most of the homes sit quietly off the main road along Perry Street and 7th Street Park Drive. Orchard Ridge has 9 vacant lots for those desiring to move their own mobile home in. It has 24 mobile homes owned by the park, which are rented to residents on a monthly basis. The remainder of the homes in the community are owned by their residents.
